What is your return or refund policy?

All sales are final due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our gift boxes. However, if anything arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with your order, please reach out: we’re happy to make it right.

What if I entered the wrong address or information?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. Once a package is in transit, we’re unable to reroute it, but we’ll help find the best solution.

When will my order ship?

All gift boxes are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. For express/overnight, please allow 1-3 days for processing. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your package is on the way.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer several delivery speeds so you can choose what works best for your timeline:

• Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–7 business days

• Priority Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days

• Express / Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery to most locations

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer 1-day local delivery within Los Angeles and Orange County for an additional fee. Delivery charges vary by area.

What if I need my order fast? Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

If you’re in a rush, select Priority or Express/Overnight shipping at checkout. Your order will be processed and shipped in 1-3 days.
If you need your order by a specific date, reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate. In many cases, we are able to schedule delivery for a specific date. Email hello@perfectgiftla.com before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate special timing.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes — tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships.

Do offer gift receipts?

Yes — we never include pricing inside the box or on the packing slip.

Are the boxes exactly the same as the photos?

Every box is made by hand and may vary slightly from the photos based on product availability and seasonal stock. However, each gift set is always beautifully crafted, thoughtfully curated, and assembled with care to match the overall look and experience of the boxes shown.

Why don’t some of your photos show exact brand labels?

To protect trademarked packaging and follow brand usage guidelines, some of our product photos are edited or created using AI-assisted design. This allows us to showcase the style, aesthetic, and overall feel of each gift box without displaying copyrighted labels or logos.

All items included in your box are real, high-quality products selected from trusted and boutique brands. Because every box is made by hand and based on availability, the exact items may vary, but your gift will always be beautifully curated and thoughtfully assembled.

How does the Build Your Own Box work?

You choose your items from our curated categories, add them to your cart, and we assemble everything by hand into a beautiful custom gift box. Each set is wrapped with tissue, ribbon, and finishing touches, plus an optional handwritten note.
Because items are sourced in small batches, the final box may vary slightly, but it will always be thoughtfully curated and beautifully crafted.
